Annual General Meeting
Updated: Aug 30

The Moonshine Cove Yacht Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday, August 30 at 10:00 a.m.
The AGM will be a hybrid meeting, allowing members to attend either in person at the Cove or online through Microsoft Teams.
Joining the Meeting Online
In previous years, the Club used Zoom for virtual meetings. This year we are moving to Microsoft Teams.
If you plan to attend online and have not used Teams before, please give yourself plenty of time before the meeting to download the application (if required), test your connection, and become familiar with the meeting controls.
AGM Documents and Voting Information
Emails containing the AGM agenda, Board Report, minutes from the previous AGM, Teams meeting information, and voting instructions have been sent to each membership's designated voting member email address.
If you are the voting member for your membership and did not receive the email, please contact the Club Secretary at:
Please remember that there is one vote per membership, even though multiple individuals may be listed as members on the membership licence. For this reason, AGM materials and voting instructions have been distributed only to the designated voting member.
Board Elections
This year there will be no contested elections for Board positions. The Club received nominations for all available executive and director positions, and as there were no additional candidates, the following nominees will be acclaimed at the AGM.
Executive Positions
President Jon McCullough
Vice Chair Robert W(Request Anonymity)
Treasurer Susanne Jacobsen
Secretary Nigel Stoodley
Directors
The following members are nominated for Director positions:
Laura Sheldon

Looking Forward
The AGM is an important opportunity for members to review the past year, hear about the Club's activities and plans, and participate in the ongoing stewardship of Moonshine Cove Yacht Club.
Moonshine Cove is a member-owned, volunteer-operated community harbour, and the continued involvement and support of our members is what keeps the Club strong.
We encourage all voting members to attend either in person or online.
